Infratech heaters run on 240V or 120V hardwired circuits, so they're meant to be installed by a pro. When you hire a licensed electrician or contractor to do it, we'll pay you back part of that cost.

How the rebate works
Order your Infratech heaters
Buy eligible Infratech heaters, controls or accessories from PatioHeatingDirect in one order of $1,500 or more, before tax and shipping.
Have a licensed pro install them
Hire any licensed electrician or contractor you trust. Infratech heaters are hardwired, so a professional install also keeps your warranty and your inspection clean.
Send us the invoice
Submit your order number and the installer's invoice within 60 days of delivery. Once it's approved, we send $250 back to your original payment method.
The fine print
- Limited to one rebate per order and one per household.
- Not combinable with other promotions.

- PatioHeatingDirect may change or end this offer at any time; claims for orders placed before a change are honored under the terms in effect when the order was placed.

Which products qualify?
Infratech electric heaters, heater controls and Infratech accessories purchased from PatioHeatingDirect. The eligible items in a single order need to total $1,500 or more before tax and shipping.
Who can install my heaters?
Any licensed electrician or licensed contractor you choose. We don't require a specific installer. Self-installation doesn't qualify.
What does the invoice need to show?
The installer's business name and license number, the installation address, the date of the work and the Infratech products installed.
How long do I have to submit?
Send your claim within 60 days of the date your order was delivered. Claims after 60 days can't be accepted.
How and when do I get paid?
After we approve your claim, we refund $250 to the payment method used for your order. Most claims are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
Can I use this with other offers?
The rebate can't be combined with other promotions, and it's limited to one rebate per order and one per household.
What if I return part of my order?
If a return drops the eligible items below $1,500, or the rebate was already paid, we'll subtract $250 from your refund.
