SunStar Heating Products has been designing and building gas heating equipment in Charlotte, North Carolina since 1987. A wholly owned subsidiary of Gas-Fired Products, a North Carolina manufacturer founded in 1949, SunStar brings decades of American engineering to every heater it produces, from shops and warehouses to patios and outdoor dining spaces.

This vendor allows returns. All returns need an AEI Corporation–issued RMA number, which is valid for 30 days, and the original order number. Items must come back in their original packaging, labeled with the customer name, PO number, and RMA number, and returns missing this information may be refused or sent back at the customer’s expense. Damaged, missing, or short-shipped items must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery and properly documented, or the claim may be denied. AEI may refuse returns made more than one year after the original purchase date, may ask for tracking and proof of delivery, is not responsible for third-party shipping arrangements, and will discard any non-AEI products it receives. All returns are inspected, and restocking fees depend on the item’s condition; once a return is approved, a credit is issued and the customer is notified.
A standard restocking fee of 10% of the item value, or a minimum of $10.00 (whichever is greater), will apply. Additional charges may be assessed if parts, accessories, or packaging must be replaced to return the item to saleable condition.
